RED NOVA DRAGON

■This card works well with Infernity Deck and Disaster Dragon Deck.
■This card can perform an OTK in a Psychic Deck by using "Mind Master" and "Brain Research Lab" or "Telekinetic Charging Cell". Mill at least 7 Tuners and then tune "Red Dragon Archfiend" with "Mind Master" and "Psychic Commander" to Synchro Summon Red Nova Dragon. If your opponent has no monsters and "Destructotron" is used during the milling process, you can attack directly with 8000 ATK. (9 tuners in the graveyard.)
■Another way to boost the attack of "Red Nova Dragon" is to use "Future Fusion", discarding 5 Dragon-Type Tuner monsters from your Deck to the graveyard for the requirement of "Five-Headed Dragon", giving Red Nova Dragon a 2500 ATK bonus.
■You can also fairly easily OTK with this card in a "Chimeratech Overdragon" Deck, as long as you include a good number of Machine-Type Tuner monsters, of which there are many.
■Since this card requires 3 Synchro Material Monsters, and gains at least 1500 from its own effect, it would be even more effective to increase this card's ATK further with "Synchro Strike".
■You can use "Archfiend's Roar" to bring back "Red Dragon Archfiend" and summon "Junk Synchron" to get another Tuner, or use "Deep Sea Diva".
■In a Dragunity Deck you can use "Dragon Mastery" in order to equip this card with "Dragunity Brandistock". This will give Red Nova Dragon two attacks.
■Instead of trying to destroy your opponent's "Red Nova Dragon", send it back to the Extra Deck instead, with cards such as "Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier".
■Protect this card from cards like "Compulsory Evacuation Device" and "Dimensional Prison" with cards like "The Dragon's Bead".
■Use with "Soul Absorption" to gain 500 Life Points every time you negate an attack.
■You can Combine this card with "Zero Force" because this meets the remove from play requirements and Can do some massive damage.
■Combine this card with "Armory Arm" to have massive damage and attack boost.
■Combine this card with "Lord of D." or "King Dragun" to immune your opponent's spell and trap cards.
■Combine with "Strike Slash" to gain 700 ATK points and have piercing effect.



Tips for Synchro Summoning this card:Edit
■Given that "Red Dragon Archfiend" will likely survive a turn on its own, you can use "Junk Synchron", if it's in your Hand, to Special Summon a Level 1 Tuner Monster from the Graveyard, like "Sinister Sprocket", to allow this card's Synchro Summon. Plus, you can destroy 1 face-up Spell or Trap on your opponent's side of the field, since Red Nova Dragon is a DARK Attribute monster.
■You can use "Twilight Rose Knight's" effect to Summon "Copy Plant" and fulfill the Tuner requirements for this card.
■Use Hanewata with Coat of Justice to Special Summon Counselor Lily to fulfill the Tuner Monster requirements and give this card an extra 1000 ATK by paying 500 Life Points.
■Infernity Beetle's effect to summon two more of itself can provide the two Tuners required for this card's summoning as well as making his ATK 5000, providing you have no cards in your hand.
■"Deep Sea Diva's" effect can be used to summon another copy of itself fulfilling the two Tuner requirements.
■Special Summoning "Plaguespreader Zombie" allows you to Normal Summon a second Tuner.
■Similarly, you can use "Emergency Teleport" and Special Summon "Krebons" from your Deck.
■You can summon the 2 Tuners quickly by using "Telekinetic Power Well" by bringing back 2 of either "Krebons" and/or "Psychic Jumper" that you may have used to summon "Red Dragon Archfiend".
■One way is to summon a "Cyber Dragon"/"Vice Dragon"/"Oracle of the Sun", then using "One for One" by discarding 1 of the Psychic's to summon "Level Eater" (for later use). Then Normal Summon the second psychic to make "Red Dragon Archfiend". Then use "Telekinetic Power Well" to summon the 2 Psychic's from your graveyard.
■You can play "Brain Research Lab" and then summon "Mind Master" with any other psychic monster. Then mill at least 4 level 2 or lower monsters, ending with a level 4 monster like "Destructotron" to clear the back field. Then play "Telekinetic Power Well" to summon three level two psychics. Tune two with Destructotron to get "Red Dragon Archfiend". Then use the last to mill as many tuners as possible with Mind Master and end with "Psychic Commander". Tune MM and Commander with Red Dragon Archfiend to have yourself a "Red Nova Dragon" with massive ATK.
■Special Summon "Vice Dragon" through its own effect and summon "Dark Resonator" normally to Synchro Summon "Red Dragon Archfiend". Then, Special Summon "Synchro Magnet" through its effect and use a card like "Double Summon" to summon "Sinister Sprocket" or even better "Attack Gainer", which will reduce the ATK of 1 monster your opponent controls by 1000.
■It can also be summoned easily in a Flamvell/Neo Flamvell Deck, considering the monsters in your Graveyard when you activate "Rekindling", you can Special Summon any Level 4 monster, "Flamvell Magician", "Neo Flamvell Origin"/"Flamvell Archer", "Flamvell Baby" and "Flamvell Firedog". Combine the level 4 monster with "Flamvell Magician" to Synchro Summon "Red Dragon Archfiend" then combine him with your other 2 Tuners on the field to Synchro Summon "Red Nova Dragon", having a total of 6900 ATK on the field, in addition to a Normal Summon this turn, you could easily create an OTK situation.
■You can Synchro Summon this card with a "Destiny Hero - Malicious" in the Graveyard. Special Summon "Krebons" with "Emergency Teleport" or "Graceful Revival", and use "Inferno Reckless Summon" to get two more "Krebons" out. Then remove the "Malicious" in the Graveyard to Special Summon another from your Deck. Synchro Summon "Red Dragon Archfiend" using "Destiny Hero - Malicious" and the first "Krebons". Then tune "Red Dragon Archfiend" with the two "Krebons" to Synchro Summon "Red Nova Dragon".
■You could activate "Red Screen" to bring out a Level 1 Tuner and use "Synchro Magnet" when you summon "Red Dragon Archfiend" to summon "Red Nova Dragon".
■If Red Dragon Archfiend is in your graveyard, you can use cards like Descending Lost Star, Wicked Rebirth, or Call of the Haunted to bring it back.
■In a Dragon Deck based around Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon, and you already have a level 6 Dragon such as Prime Material Dragon on the field before hand, Special Summon Magna Drago and follow up with Inferno Reckless Summon to have 3 Magna Dragos. Tune a Magna with the Prime for Red Dragon Archfiend and tune the other 2 Magna Dragos to get you Red Nova Dragon
■If you have a Red Dragon Archfiend in the field, Special Summon a Creation Resonator(if you have one in your hand),use Glow-Up Bulb(if you have one in the graveyard)'s effect to Special Summon him back into the field and that gives you 2 tuners to tune into Red Nova Dragon
■You can use "Hyper Synchron", "Cost Down" and the effect of "Plaguespreader Zombie" to Synchro Summon this card with 1500 ATK via it's own effect (1 Tuner for "Red Dragon Archfiend" and 2 for "Red Nova Dragon") and an added 800 ATK via Hyper Synchrons effect, giving a total 5800 ATK.
■You can use "Formula Synchron" and another level 2 tuner monster to Synchro Summon this card during your opponent's turn.
■You can Activate "Double Summon". Then Normal Summon"Summoner Monk", and activate its effect to Special Summon "Hyper Synchron". Synchro Summon "Red Dragon Archfiend".
■Set Any remaining Spell and Trap Cards. Then, Summon "Infernity Beetle", Assuming you have no cards in your hand, use "Infernity Beetle"'s effect, Summoning 2 more. Then, You can Synchro Summon This card
■In a Lightsworn Deck, you can summon "Lumina, Lightsworn Summoner", discarding "Glow-Up Bulb" to Special Summon "Wulf, Lightsworn Beast", then Special Summon Glow-Up Bulb to synchro for "Red Dragon Archfiend". Then, revive "Plaguespreader Zombie" and "Spore" (by removing Glow-Up Bulb) to give you the materials to Synchro Summon "Red Nova Dragon". If you revive Plaguespreader first by topping a Wulf or "Dandylion" then you can gain extra field presence when you mill for Glow-Up Bulb as well.
■In a X-Saber Deck, summon XX-Saber Fulhelmknight and destroy an opponent's monster in defense position with Fulhelmknight, using his effect to Special Summon X-Saber Palomuro. Then, tune Fulhelmknight and Palomuro with Red Dragon Archfiend.
■You can summon "Blackwing - Sirocco the Dawn" on the second turn and Special Summon "Blackwing - Gale the Whirlwind". Tune them to Synchro Summon "Red Dragon Archfiend". Activate the "One for One" Spell Card, then discard a Tuner Monster to summon a Level One Tuner Monster. Then activate the spell card "Double Summon" to summon a Level Three Tuner Monster. Finally, tune "Red Dragon Archfiend" with the Level One Tuner, and the Level Three Tuner to summon "Red Nova Dragon". It will have 2000 more Attack Points making it have 5500 Attack Points.
Alterntively, you can summon this card by having Red Dragon Archfiend on the field and summonning Blackwing - Blizzard the Far North. then, use it's effect to Special Summon Blackwing - Mistral the Silver Shield. this means that both of your Tuners will be brought to the field with ease.

■In a Synchro Plant Deck. With "Dandylion", "Debris Dragon" and "One for One" in hand and "Glow-up Bulb" in deck. Activate "One for One" pitch "Dandylion" Special Summon "Glow-up Bulb" plus 2 tokens synchro for "Formula Synchron" summon "Debris Dragon" Special Summon "Dandylion" synchro "Red Dragon Archfiend" plus 2 tokens use "Glow-up Bulb"'s effect synchro for another "Formula Synchron" synchro "Red Nova Dragon".



■In a Dragon Deck, make sure to have 1 Tuner in your hand and graveyard a total of level four while you have Red Dragon Archfiend and Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon on the field. Use Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon effect to Special Summon Lava Dragon in Defense mode, tribute it to Special Summon the Tuner monsters and Synchro them to Red Dragon Archfiend. The Tuner monster that can be used are Magna Drago's or Dread Dragon's , a Flamvell Guard or The White Stone of Legend with Delta Flyer.
■You can swarm your field with "Scapegoat" and equip "Big Bang Shot" and "United We Stand" so this card's attack becomes 9400, but it's total "ATK" depends on the "Tuner Monsters" in your graveyard. Your opponent can destroy this strategy by using "Soul Release", but if no card effect is to be activated, you can deal a massive 9400 damage straight to your opponent's "Life Points".
■If you have Eccentric Boy, one level-five monster, One For One, Synchro Magnet, and one monster card in your hand, you can Synchro Summon this card in one turn.
■You can Synchro Summon this card on your first turn if your hand contains the following; Trident Warrior, Delta Flyer, Jester Confit, Different Dimension Spirit, and Create Resonator
■1. Normal Summon Trident Warrior
■2. Use Trident Warrior’s effect to Special Summon Delta Flyer.
■3. Use Delta Flyer’s effect to increase Trident Warrior’s level by 1
■4. Tune them to summon Red Dragon Archfiend
■5. Special Summon Create Resonator
■6. Special Summon Jester Confit
■7. Remove Jester Confit from play, to Special Summon Different Dimension Spirit.
■8. Tune them all to Summon Red Nova Dragon
NOTE: You can replace Jester Confit with either The Tricky, Cyber Dragon, Vice Dragon, or Oracle of the Sun. However to Summon them your opponent needs a monster. Thus, if your going first, its best to use Jester Confit or The Tricky

■You can Synchro Summon this card in one turn, including your first turn, by using the following cards: Dark Resonator, Vice Dragon, Create Resonator, One for One, and a monster to discard for One for One. Special Summon Vice Dragon, Normal Summon Dark Resonator and tune them for Red Dragon Archfiend. Because you control a level 8 monster, you can Special Summon Create Resonator from your hand. Use One for One to bring out a level 1 Tuner, preferably Sinister Sprocket, to destroy a spell or trap card, and tune for Red Nova Dragon. If you discarded a tuner, like Majestic Dragon for One for One, Red Nova Dragon will have 5500 ATK!
■If you have Cursed Prison set on the field and have Fabled Raven and Mist Valley Baby Roc or The Fabled Cerburrel in your hand, you can activate Cursed Prison to bring Red Dragon Archfiend to the field, Normal Summon Fabled Raven, use it's effect to discard Mist Valley Baby Roc and Fabled Cerburrel, then Synchro Summon Red Nova Dragon, you can also use Plaguespreader Zombie to summon Red Nova Dragon.
■In a teched Fabled Dark world deck, summon Fabled Raven and discard a Goldd or Sillva, Warlord of Dark World. Synchro Summon Red Dragon Archfiend. Then use Fabled Kushano's effect (if it's in the graveyard) and discard Fabled Krus to bring back Fabled Raven. Use Fabled Raven's effect and discard Glow-up Bulb to make it a level 3 and send the top card to the graveyard to bring back Glow-up Bulb and tune it with Fabled Raven and Red Dragon Archfiend to make Red Nova Dragon with an attack of 4500 or 5000 if you sent a tuner with Glow-up Bulb.
■This card can easily be summoned in a Tricky Turbo Deck.
■1. Discard a level 1 Tuner to summon The Tricky.
■2. Normal Summon Junk Synchron, and use its effect to revive the level 1 tuner.
■3. Tune Junk Synchron with The Tricky for Red Dragon Archfiend.
■4. Special Summon Creation Resonator or Synchro Magnet with its own effect.
■5. Tune Creation Resonator, the Level 1 Tuner, and Red Dragon Archfiend for Red Nova Dragon with 5000 ATK.
■This card can be Synchro Summoned with the following cards in hand on the first turn: One for One, Cyber Dragon/Oracle of the Sun, Junk Synchron and a Level 1 Tuner.
■1. Special Summon Oracle of the Sun.
■2. Use One for One, discarding the level 1 tuner for Symphonic Warrior Bassist.
■3. Normal Summon Junk Synchron and revive the Level 1 Tuner.
■4. Tune Junk Synchron with Oracle of the Sun for Red Dragon Archfiend.
■5. Use Symphonic Warrior Bassist's effect. You should have 2 cards left so it is now a Level 3 Monster.
■6. Tune Symphonic Warrior Bassist and the Level 1 Tuner with Red Dragon Archfiend for Red Nova Dragon with 5000 ATK.
■Tribute Summon "Puppet Master" and use it's effect to summon "Dark Tinker" and "Sinister Sprocket", then tune Puppet Master and Dark Tinker to summon "Red Dragon Archfiend", then Special Summon "Create Resonator" or "Synchro Magnet" and use those three to summon this card in a single turn.
■This card can easily be summoned using a Fish OTK Deck. Get Superancient Deepsea King Coelacanth on the field and activate its effect, pitching a card to Special Summon two Fishborg Blaster and two Deepsea Macrotrema. Tune one of the Fishborg Blasters with one of the Deepsea Macrotrema's for Formula Synchron, and draw a card. Special Summon the Fishborg Blaster from the Graveyard by pitching another card from your Hand. Synchro once more for Formula Synchron, drawing another card, and then Synchro Summon for Red Dragon Archfiend. Then Tune all cards on the field for Red Nova Dragon. It would be wise to clear the field for possible backrow, using cards like Cold Wave or Giant Trunade.
■Use cards like Eccentric Boy or Tech Genus Cyber Magician to ease the summoning of this monster since you only need 1 tuner on the field (Tuners are frail)
■Activate Double Summon. Normal Summon Summoner Monk. Then, activate the effect of Summoner Monk. Discard a spell card to summon Rose, Warrior of Revenge or any other level 4 tuner monster. Then, normal summon Deep Sea Diva and use her effect to special summon another Deep Sea Diva from your deck. Tune Summoner Monk and your level 4 tuner (e.g.Rose, Warrior of Revenge) for Red Dragon Archfiend. Then tune Red Dragon Archfiend and your two Deep Sea Diva for Red Nova Dragon.
